Washington D.C.’s “Green Bandit” Jiamei Tian arrested

A Chinese national is being charged with vandalism on the Washington National Cathedral, as well as the Lincoln Memorial and 2 other locations. Her name is Jiamei Tian and the D.C. media has dubbed her “The Green Bandit.” Not sure why she is a bandit. A bandit is an outlaw who lives off of theft. Anyways, at least it wasn’t the wet bandits!
