Stacey Campfield is a Republican from Tennessee who has ushered in great bills such as “Don’t Say Gay” an initiative to keep gays out of schools but in his cell phone. In his latest gesture he has introduced a bill in the Tennessee general assembly called SB 0132. It reads: “Welfare – As introduced, requires the reduction of Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) payments for parents or caretakers of TANF recipients whose children fail to maintain satisfactory progress in school. – Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 1.” What this means is Stacey Campfield wants a world where if a kid fails a class his or her parents lose their welfare assistance. This is just another instance where Republicans are caught trying to live in a Black & White world and by that I mean they want to live in a world where blacks are separated from whites…
If you live in Tennessee do your best to get rid of this asshole. Flyers, phone calls, pictures of him trolling Craigslist for some Christian ass…you get the idea.
