I love not wearing socks. It’s the best part of summer. Put away the knee highs and break out the Vans. Rocking hush puppies with no socks and cuffed pants is my usual. But alas, the fall season is upon us. With a light use of layering it is certainly my favorite time of the year and the best time to really play with your wardrobe. Drab colors tend to rule and we are forced to wear socks again. What’s my secret for making the tasteful but noticeable outfit? Color popping with socks. Paired with subtle colors, bigger textures and a slightly more sophisticated kicks, these can really bring it home.
