HOW BIGJUS GETS OVER A HANGOVER AND HOW YOU SHOULD TOO!!!

SOOOOOOOO its new years again and people are going out to a stupid club or going to a local bar, staying in with friends, or even sitting at home alone. There is one thing all these people have in common “THERE GETING WAISTED” and for most its a amazingly fun night. But when you wake up after this insane fun night you feel like FUCKING DOG SHIT AND JUST WANNA DIE!!!!!!!
so here are the 5 things i do to fix or seriously help to wake up and not feel like shit all day………..


#1-DRUNK FOOD
When you get home at the end of the night and your waisted most likely you are ganna have the tummy rumble and wanna eat some shitty food. For me and my friends most of the time we end up eating some SHITTY chinese food or some pizza that always makes me feel like shit the next day maybe more then the hangover. So i always have some ramen or deli meat to make a sandwich with so i dont eat that horrible take out food and it makes the world of diffrence. Seriously this is the first key to being a pro drinker!!!

#2-WATER
So when i go out after like 3 or 4 beers i have a glass of water to keep myself from getting a lil less dehydrated. Drinking water at a few points throughout the night is a fucking life saver.

Also u NEEEEED to drink 2 glasses at least of water before you pass out SO KEY!!!


#3-VITAMINS
Before you fall asleep take some type of multi vitamin with water and you will start the healing prosses while you are sleeping….
Not many people have heard of this but if you go to whole foods or some vitamin store you can find CHARCOAL pills. What charcoal pills do, is suck up the remaining alcohol out of you stomich so you dont just stay drunk while you sleep. My roomate and his girlfriend put me on to this and it has made me feel alot better and get over the hangover quicker.


#4-SHOWER
so i know showering is standard (for normal people) when you wake up after a messy night of drinking. But what people dont usualy know is if you keep switching the water between hot and cold while you shower you body has a positive reaction to it and helps you get rehydrated quicker.


#5-EAT A SOLID MEAL
When you wake up some people are starving, some people are repulsed by food because there so hungover. But eating a solid meal will always make your body happy and if you body is happy your fucking happy..
