School VS Prison – Where does our money go?

Joe sent me this article today talking about how the average student’s yearly eduction in the USA costs $10,615 a year. It made me start thinking about prison and how we spend $28,000 a year per prisoner. And then I thought about the fact that both students and prisoners ride the same buses.
