Why is it the LA is so notorious for cops wrongfully killing civilians? Why do people in LA stand for this shit? If this was happening in Boston or NYC at the same rate as LA, I’m pretty sure people would stand up and protest. Here’s a shitty traffic cam video of LA County Sheriff’s Deputy Julio Jove shooting a fleeing Jonathan Cuevas in the back multiple times. Once Cuevas was down, the cop shot him in the back at least one more time, a final kill shot. How is a man running away a danger to an officer with a gun? How is a man with 4 bullets in his back still such a danger that a cop can get away with pumping another bullet in his back? What the fuck is going on these days?
