Steve McCurry is one of my favorite photographers. He has a way of capturing reality & beauty in some of the world’s most interesting places. This is a set entitled Children of War. I think it is important to remember that wars have a LOT of collateral damage that most of us did not grow up with here in the United States, mainly because we fight our wars overseas. These kids’ lives have forever been changed because of the choices and decisions of the adults who raised them and that is why we have to constantly fight to make sure our own government is working in our best interest as well as our children’s best interest and the children who will be affected by our decisions.
