Kyle said the incident began when the woman approached the group and accused them of painting graffiti on the school, which he denies they did. ?¢‚Ǩ?ìShe grabbed my buddy?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s dog?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s leash and ripped the collar right off the dog?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s neck and then she punched the dog in the back of the head,?¢‚Ǩ¬ù Kyle said.
