  1. Under the Clean Water Act of 1972(?), all municipal water sources are made to be safe for drinking. We have state-of-the-art water treatment facilities and basically have the cleanest tap water in the history of the world.

I personally don’t buy bottled water because I’ve got a sport bottle that me mum gave me from her school so it’s got some sentimental value and I never forget to take it with me. I can see how others might forget and have to buy bottled water when on the go.

It’s absolutely true that bottled water is often less safe to drink than tap. And fuck that Brita noise too. Expensive, unnecessary, and a marketing ploy used against the uninformed.

The best is at Starbucks where they have water bottles that somehow claims to make water cleaner elsewhere with a portion of their proceeds. What a crock of shit.

STILL – can’t beat the convenience of bottled water. Consumers are allowed to make whatever decisions they want. Kerry, man, help me be less cynical. Or maybe sometimes cynical means paying attention?

  2. Shit, I wish I could. Unfortunately I don’t have access to a tap in the Garage (except for the one in the bathroom which to me seems less than safe) Just stay informed and take everything with a grain of salt. Live as healthy as you want, and realize that every year new shit is gonna come out that is hurting us. If it isn’t the water it is the air. And what about stress?
