Most people have a hang up over tattoo’s. They are terrified of getting something permanent. For some reason most people feel that a tattoo needs to have some meaning or significance and cant be an image picked off of the wall. Most people don’t understand the actual art of tattoo. There is a difference between getting something tattooed and getting a REAL tattoo. Van Gough didn’t pinstripe. COPE2 doesn’t do watercolors and Herzog doesn’t direct romantic comedies. If you walk into any decent tattoo shop you should be able to pick something off of the wall and be thrilled with it. If not, seek out an artist and let them design the work for you. Tattoos are both a collaboration and an investment. Treat them as such.
