A tragic accident has lead to the passing of an amazing artist known as DJ Mehdi. If you are unfamiliar with with Mehdi, he worked with the likes of Chromeo, Daft Punk and many other high profile artists. He rose to prominence for his distinct style of heavy French electro and his innovative production style. Apparently a mezzanine at Medhi’s house collapsed with Mehdi and a few others on it during his birthday celebration. Details are still coming to light.
