Chicago Cares About Its People

Chicago transit decided to offer penny rides on New Year’s Eve to make sure all the residents who decide to go out and celebrate the new year get home safe! Isn’t this the kind of thing that a government that should be working for its people does? I’m pretty sure Boston won’t follow suit and will continue to follow their Puritanical ways of closing the transit system down before the bars. So, bring cab fare out and don’t drive drunk.
