There are some traditions that I don’t get and some that I think are straight wrong. This is one of them! In parts of eastern China, there is a “delicacy” that people indulge that involves eggs being soaked in boiled urine for several hours. The urine is best when collected from chinese boys around the age of ten (hence the name “Virgin Boy Eggs”). I have got to think that this has absolutely ZERO benefits.
