by I’m not sure what you were doing on Cinco de Drinko, but we were having a damn good time at Proletariat. It was the second installation of PBaRT, our monthly art battle sponsored by Pabst. This month was Overkill Studio’s time to shine, and shine they did. Morgan Thomas painted this stunning image of me popping out of the wall Bones Brigade style.

Meanwhile, Thomas Buildmore screenprinted icons made infamous by the late great O.G. Boston street artist Buildmore who passed away earlier this year. (R.I.P. Buildmore, you will be missed) Kenji Nakayama used his calligraphic skills to bang out all the lettering and Josh Falk created a cityscape that makes real city scapes look busted.
It was a good night and the installation will be up for the next month so make sure you get a chance to see it in person. It’s amazing what all of our artists can do in a meager 3 hours.
