POLICE ALLEDGE THE YOUNG MAN IS RASK FROM PARIS, FRANCE. THEY WENT THROUGH ALL THIS TROUBLE AND WHO KNOWS WHAT EXPENSE FOR $3,000 IN “DAMAGE.” BRAVO, MBTA POLICE!
