Last weekend, I happened to walk by the Scanwiches installation at the JS55 Gallery on Clinton St. For those of you that don’t know what Scanwiches is, it’s pretty self explanatory: Sandwich aficionado, Jon Chonko has a Tumblr blog where he posts scans of all the sandwiches he makes.
