What car does your candidate drive? Romney, Newt, Santorum, Ron Paul, Obama?

So the Detroit Free Press released an article yesterday about how Rick Santorum, a man who is running his campaign on bringing back manufacturing to America, drives a German manufactured automobile. I thought this would be a good chance to see what the other candidates in the running are driving to the mall, or the beach, or those weird parking lots with the 20 foot wooden fences at the adult XXX bookstores…

    Obama’s last car was an Hybrid Escape..Before that a Chrysler 300

    Actually the only American made (assembed) car in the group is the Mustang made in Flat Rock Michigan I think, The Chrysler 300 in from Ontario and the now defunt Town Car is also from Ontario. I think the NAFTA made cars are a better indication of the true “lets bring jobs here” platform.

    Santorum is a Fake. Ron Paul called Santorum a fake to his face– in the last debate.

    Town Car could have been from the Wixom Michigan Plant if it was made before it shut down in 2007. And it wouldn’t surprise me if Ron Paul didn’t drive a very new car.

    Obama is not driving the big 300 now. He has a Ford Escape Hyprid. Not sure he gets to drive it much. I read where it is made in Kansas City. Not sure if that is accurate.
