This pig was convicted of assault and battery of a handcuffed woman. His 10 year felony conviction was suspended. Not only did he avoid jail, he is now fighting in court to be returned to the police force.

    Your tax dollars are right now covering his medical insurance and other benefits while all these legal proceedings go on, too. While there are so many well qualified people unemployed in Rhode Island right now, I can’t believe that there is even a discussion about whether this guy should get his job back. Suspending his sentence was criminal; the fact that he still has his benefits and may keep his job is an insult.
