The 99th Problem: Occupy Wall Street Rap

When I first saw this online I was like oh shit, this is gonna be bad…but I decided to watch the whole thing anyways just to see how these guys were going to bastardize a movement for their own personal gain. But, by the end of the video I didn’t really get the vibe that they were trying to capitalize on it, mainly because their rap group consists of a very interesting crew, a microcosm of the 99%. I really think these guys and girl just wanted to express themselves and be heard and this is their best medium. So I am all for it!
